Your business shouldn't feel this hard to run.

CoApt helps founders identify & address what’s holding their business back from sustainable growth.

You can feel the friction, even if you can’t fully see it yet.

The business may be getting harder to run as it grows.

Testimonial: “[CoApt] helped me to get gut level honest with myself and cut away all of the noise when it came to my vision for my business going forward in terms of the products & services I would offer and how it would impact my numbers.”

How We Work

A progression from confusion > structure > momentum

Where We Start – FREE

Before any paid engagement, we spend time understanding what’s actually happening inside your business. We’ll chat about where friction is showing up, what’s getting stuck, and whether operational support would genuinely help. No prep, no pitch. Just a focused conversation.

No prep, no pitch. Just a focused 20-minute conversation.

How the Work Unfolds

If the discovery call confirms there’s a fit, most engagements move through three phases. Every business is different; where we start and how long each phase takes depends on what’s actually creating friction.

Clarify

Unlock what is holding the business back from growth

45-minute working session – $150, credited toward Build phase

The symptoms are usually visible long before the root cause is: things feel harder to manage, decisions keep circling back to you, growth starts creating more strain than momentum. This session surfaces what’s actually underneath all of that.

What we look at (beyond goals and org charts):

  • where decisions get stuck
  • where ownership is unclear
  • where workflows break down
  • where founder dependency is slowing execution
  • where gaps exists between where the business is now and where it’s heading

Outcome:
Clarity on what’s actually slowing you down and a realistic, prioritized path forward. Most founders say this session alone changes how they’re looking at the problem.

Build

Create the operational structure needed to support the next stage of growth

30–90 days, scoped to your priorities

Once we know what’s creating the friction, we fix it. We roll up our sleeves to build and implement the systems, structures, and workflows the business actually needs, alongside you or for you.

What we work on:

  • operational workflows
  • decision frameworks
  • team structure & hiring support
  • financial visibility
  • communication systems

Outcome:
A business that runs with greater stability through repeatable systems and reduced risk, and less pressure on you.

Connect

Make sure momentum holds as the business keeps growing

Some founders use our structured ongoing support as their business stabilizes. Three formats, depending on how much operational involvement you need.

Advisor
Light-touch strategic support
~5 hrs/week

  • Strategic guidance and perspective
  • Accountability check-ins
  • Decision support, async access

Architect
Standard fractional support
~10–15 hrs/week

  • Operational leadership and accountability
  • Systems, dashboards, team alignment
  • Owns the operating rhythm
  • Manages 1–2 direct reports

Operator
Deep operational integration
~15–25 hrs/week

  • Embedded operational leadership
  • Full personnel management
  • P&L execution and org health

What This Is and Is Not

Built-In Flexibility

This framework is modular.

If financial visibility is the primary constraint, we go deeper there.
If hiring is urgent, we prioritize that build first.

No two businesses scale the same way. The container stays disciplined. The focus stays strategic.

This work is:

This work is not:

This is a partnership. The work involves helping founders evaluate the right path forward and then staying involved to support execution in a way that reduces dependency and builds stronger operations over time.
