About Us
We work with founders when progress slows and the business needs to change how it runs.
Why This Work
This work exists for moments when what used to work, no longer does.
Founders push harder, but progress becomes harder to sustain. The issue isn’t effort or ambition. It’s how decisions, ownership, and work are structured as the business grows.
This is the moment CoApt Projects steps in.
ABOUT COAPT
Fit together. Make fast.
Wingwoman to Founders and CEOs
I’m Morgan Martin, Founder of CoApt Projects.
I’ve spent more than 15 years working with startups, small businesses, and mission-driven organizations as they grow, shift, and change.
I’ve partnered with founders and leadership teams through moments where clarity enabled faster, more confident decisions. That work has included situations such as:
- Growth that changed how decisions needed to be made
- Leadership transitions and shifting ownership
- Businesses that were running, but becoming harder to manage
CoApt Projects brings a clear way of seeing how a business actually operates and where it may be getting in its own way.
How I Work With Founders
I work as a fractional operations partner, not a traditional consultant.
That means I sit with founders to understand their vision, diagnose what’s getting in the way, and help shape the right operational approach. From there, I stay involved to guide and support execution so decisions actually turn into change.
I don’t step in to simply take work off your plate. I work alongside you to evaluate options, align the team, and make sure what’s built reduces dependency rather than creating more of it.
My goal is to help founders understand what needs to change so progress becomes easier to sustain.
Outside the Work
I grew up in Rochester, New York, in a community shaped by small businesses, public service, and resilience. That early experience still informs how I think about work, responsibility, and impact.
Now based in Boston, I balance operations strategy with community involvement and time outside, including long walks and time on the water.
If this feels like the right fit
If the business feels harder to run than it should, a focused conversation can help clarify what’s actually getting in the way and what needs to change next.
A focused conversation to understand what’s getting in the way.
