A: A project manager is the lead role for your project’s success. They are accountable for the entire project, from scoping requirements, team and resource management, through to the successful completion and implementation. Project managers can support any goal or initiative, across industries and specializations. Our project managers are strategic organization partners that aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive right in.
A: We are HANDS on. We become part of your team and get into the details with you. It is important to us that we understand the ins and outs of your organization, the goals of each stakeholder and team member, what resources you are working with, what constraints may hinder the project, and how we can work with you to achieve the goals set before us.
A: We carefully test and screen each of our hires for writing and communication skills, organizational management skills, and any specialized areas of expertise. All Project Managers are trained to the Project Management Institute standards, utilize the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, and receive ongoing training and development in order to remain relevant in the profession and for our clients’ project cases.
A: Our project managers are worldwide. This way we are able to support clients in a variety of locations, languages, and with any schedule. The majority of our project managers work remotely from their home office or a co-working space. Our organization ensures our Project Managers have a secured and protected network to protect our client’s confidentiality requirements as well as our own.
A: We work with each of our clients to determine the project requirements, and if on-site meetings are necessary we can coordinate in a variety of locations.

If you are interested in contract support and have multiple project needs we are thrilled to assign your organization a designated Program Manager who would be your main point of contact and ensure continuity between all your organization's projects. This would give you a full team at your disposal!
A: Generally we prefer to work with our client’s existing team and staff. This allows us to develop and train your team to ensure long-term project success once our project manager’s role is complete. However, if needed we have partner organizations with full development teams and who can provide other staffing solutions. We can work with you to identify the right candidates to meet your project needs.
A: The client. We are only responsible for connecting project manager experts to our clients. Our contracts provide that all work and intellectual property created is the property of the client.
